LISTEN, IT’S OKAY TO LIKE SOMEONE WHO’S PROBLEMATIC AS LONG AS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR PROBLEMATICNESS
If I wasn’t already in love with this man I woulda dropped him already off top, like that’s how bad he is lmao.
Which is annoying, but I’ll get over it.
I love Tyler, if I didn’t this blog would be gone already, but that doesn’t mean I should ignore all his problems … He does alot of shit that I’m not cool with and I accept that. His ignorance obviously ticks me off sometims, but that’s my opinion. If y’all hadn’t asked me about it, I wouldn’t have even said shit.
Ok, I understand that he’s young and successful and I’m not denying that he should enjoy his youth while he can, but there are alot of things I feel that a man his age should be more inclined to edcuate himself about. Idk if he’s intentionally being ignorant or he just can’t be bothered to learn anything, but it really pisses me off. Like, why using the word f*g is offensive, why his “blackface shirt” (native cat too) was stupid and offensive, the Loiter Squad sketch about the slave auditions probably wasn’t the best idea b/c it’s not cute, funny OR mature to make fun of the black struggle. When he was tweeting about ferguson and how “black people were mad” and how the hashtag is ineffective. Also, when he tweeted how the ice bucket challenge is basically stupid when the foundation has already raised over $10 million dollars because of it??
It’s okay to maintain a childish persona and play around and have fun, but is it too much to ask that he gets serious about SERIOUS issues? Like, Earl is 3 years younger than him and I feel he has a (slightly) better grasp on these things than T.
He’s 23 years old the fact that we’re still waiting for him to grow up is honestly amazing.
Somebody tell him to square up I’m really tryna fight him
He prefers mixed girls over black and white
